About this item
  • This cage is compatible with many Sony cameras. However, we suggest customer purchase this cage for the A7 IV, A1, and A9II three cameras. Because this cage size matches those three cameras best. Another camera such as an A7S III can be used with a specific Tilta A7S III cage set.
  • It also features an ARRI Compatible Rosette Connection as well as Rod Attachment Ports for our optional Single Rod Holders.
  • The top of the cage is specifically designed for our Tilting Compact NATO Top Handle for more flexible operating and handling.
  • The top handle includes one cold shoe receiver which can be used to mount an external monitor via our Cold Shoe Accessory Mounting Bracket.
  • The Bottom Plate provides 1/4″-20 threads for attaching your camera to various quick-release plates and also connects to the included 15mm baseplate. The Tiltaing 15mm LWS Baseplate Type IV adds 15mm rod support to the system and allows you to mount rod-based accessories such as matte boxes and follow focus systems. The bottom of the baseplate natively connects to our Tilta Standard Dovetails and also supports various quick-release plates via 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads.
