2. Power Adapter: We set up buy feelworld video light to get a free US 3 prong plug power cord special design for our video light instead the multi-country adapter. You can purchase a “bundle” video light+US 3 prong plug power cord, or “Add” at “Special offers and product promotions” on the feel world video light listing. If you have already received the video light with the old multi-country adapter, kindly please let us know, we will send the new US 3-prong plug power cord to you as soon as possible.
3. The Production and Quality Control Department will strengthen the inspection of products before they leave the factory to ensure reliable quality, complete accessories, and simulated user scenario testing.
